MedicalOfficeSigns.com (A Division of Office Sign Company)

We are capable of producing the most professional office signs and full color name plates for any business, professional environment or entryway. We pride ourselves on our sign products and your satisfaction is our main concern.

All sign products are carefully checked to be free of defects in material or workmanship, at the time of shipment. We will issue a full refund or make our best effort to resolve any possible problems caused by error in production or defective signs. The buyer is responsible for notifying us if defective or damaged signs arrive.

Customers with defective signage must contact our service department right away at service@medicalofficesigns.com, or call us at 701.566.1195 (We are a Division of Office Sign Company). Orders shipped back to us without confirming the return to us may void any return or refund. Damage caused by accidents or improper use, is the responsibility of the customer. MedicalOfficeSigns.com is not responsibly for misuse of the products, or if the buyer is unable to use the sign products.

Custom signs cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective. Stock products (those which do not require fabrication i.e. Message Gripper & Display Strips, Satin Silver Cubicle/Workstation Sign - Removable Lens, etc.) can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date if they are unused/unattached, but they are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note we are not responsible for errors entered by the customer - Orders submitted with errors made by the customer do not apply for a credit or replacement. We create every sign after your order is replaced. Please contact immediately if a change needs to be made to your order, as we typically ship orders out within 2-3 business days. If your change request is made before we ship your signage we can make the change. Once an order is produced and/or shipped changes can no longer be made.

Canceled orders must be canceled prior to production & shipping. Once an order is produced or ships we are no longer able to offer a refund or exchange. Refused shipments may incur additional ground expense as UPS will charge MedicalOfficeSigns.com for return shipping the package back to us. See the FAQ section for more information about canceled orders and orders that are returned without any damage or errors on the part of MedicalOfficeSigns.com. The buyer is responsible for determining the appropriate content for a sign. At MedicalOfficeSigns.com we make no warranty or representation of suitability of a sign for any specific application.
